Macedo Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day) to help us handle hiring and recruitment for our expanding team.
This is a remote role ideal for someone who’s organized, communicative, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment. You’ll be trained in our processes — and as you develop, you’ll also have opportunities to learn sales, marketing, and other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various marketing and operations roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on our criteria
- Post job listings on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and team members
- Maintain hiring records and candidate updates in ClickUp
- Support the leadership team with administrative tasks as needed
- Learn and follow established workflows and instructions accurately

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruiter, or HR Coordinator (preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions, handle multiple priorities, and deliver on deadlines
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, and job posting platforms
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take initiative
