We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing the procurement process, analyzing purchasing data, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and vendor negotiations, helping to drive efficiency and value across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Vendor Management: Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, and relationship management to ensure optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, security, and legal teams to ensure the procurement process is followed for new vendors and renewals.
- ERP Use: This role will be expected to work within JIRA and our ERP to track vendor agreements and upcoming renewal flows.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and spending trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Contract & Compliance Oversight: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while assisting in contract review and negotiations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and recommend solutions for automation and better cost control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, vendor management, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
- Experience with Netsuite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
