Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master (Temporary – 1 to 3 Months | Fully Remote | m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage workflows in Jira
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and DevOps
• Align technical work with business priorities and stakeholder needs
• Maintain project documentation and remove delivery blockers
• Monitor quality, velocity, and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to roadmap planning and execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of project management experience, leading multiple concurrent and remote teams
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint velocity tracking
• Strong communicator, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Experience with in-house and outsourced development teams
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced, startup environments
• Technical familiarity: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP, Jest, Postman
• Fluent in English (working language); knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Compensation: approx. €4,850–€5,170 per month
