Your Role

As Product Manager, you are a key player in our innovation journey. You will manage the lifecycle of products within our portfolio and act as the link between market needs, customer feedback, and technical development.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Drive product development and improvement based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to market introduction and beyond.
• Work closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Develop and maintain strong product roadmaps and documentation.
• Train internal teams and support product launches.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance data.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or similar).
• Strong interest in sustainability and technology.
• Experience in product management or technical project coordination is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with good Excel and project management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French (written & spoken). English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
