As a Talent Officer, you will play a key role in enabling our people to grow, develop, and take ownership of their professional journey. You’ll design and implement learning experiences that support career milestones, leadership growth, and personal ambitions - ensuring that every colleague has the tools and opportunities to explore “Where Next?” in their own career path.


You’ll join a dynamic, forward-thinking L&D Talent Team that drives innovation in learning and career development, fosters collaboration across departments, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion.


Your responsibilities

  • Design and manage milestone learning programs aligned with career steps, from DEME’s training courses to business school collaborations.
  • Develop suggested learning paths tailored to personal and leadership development needs.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle programs, such as onboarding and offboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for every colleague.
  • Promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement, including initiatives like Engage4 and broader corporate social responsibility actions.
  • Support strategic talent management initiatives such as development centers, mentoring and coaching programs.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, health and wellbeing, making these values an integral part of our people strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure smooth leadership transitions and the cultivation of strong leadership pipelines.


Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest or first experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR.
  • You combine a vibrant, hands-on attitude with a genuine curiosity for (digital) learning tools and new HR practices.
  • You are a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • You demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • You are eager to expand your knowledge of HR policies, practices, and development methodologies.
  • You communicate confidently in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are passionate about fostering a culture of growth, where people are encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive.
