Mode: Hybrid(2 days/week) in office

Description

He monitors the operational management and the reporting of a field activity (strategic, project portfolio, programs, operational activities, etc.). He manages the provisional resource allocation schedules, the monitoring of achievements and the project budget. He alerts project managers in the case of an anomaly compared to the forecasts. He operates directly in projects or on behalf of a department for the transversal monitoring of the project portfolio.

PLANNING• Contributes to the development of the project portfolio, taking into account the constraints and dependencies of the different resources that must be committed on the cost, time, and skills aspects to achieve the expected quality

MONITORING OF ACTIVITIES AND ALLOCATED RESOURCES• Checks the progress of the project / program according to the defined requirements (quality, cost, deadline, etc.) and compliance with commitments• Checks the application of the methodology and good practices• Performs risk analysis

MANAGEMENT OF THE PROJECT / PROGRAM PLAN• Evaluates the current and forecasted capacity of resources and tasks, suggests optimization and possible reallocation• Proposes adjustments and reschedules if necessary

BUDGET MONITORING AND REPORTING• Tracks and updates the budget• Tracks the resources allocated with regard to forecasts (consumed, work to be done, planning)• Produces the reporting necessary for the steering of the departments concerned and the development of dashboards

GOVERNANCE• He leads the process of development of master plans and translates it into a roadmap.

Skills:

Trilingual FR-NL-EN is a must

Conceptueel denken with 8+ exp.

Facilitation with 5+ exp.

Follow-up and adjustment with 5+ exp.

You MUST be trilingual English, Dutch and French.

You MUST be able to connect the dots btw people, teams and analysis

You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.

You are able to assess requirements and solutions end2end and document rigorously.

You like to facilitate meetings and workshops

You like to work against deadlines (sprints) and have an agile mindset.
