We are looking for a Technology Architect to join our central IT operation team — someone who will design and implement central IT platforms and infrastructure aligned with our strategic IT goals, offering innovative, sustainable, and secure technological solutions.

Your contribution to this goal is:

  • taking responsibility for Architecture Governance within the IT Management Domain;
  • leading the architecture of secure and automated internal platform offerings (Container Platform, Observability Platform, etc.);
  • working closely with stakeholders, including DevOps teams, product managers, business analysts, and other architects;
  • participating in Architecture Councils;
  • mentoring engineering teams and promote architectural best practices;
  • documenting, model, and present required architectural changes (captured via ADRs, C4 diagrams, etc.);
  • to drive Proofs of Concept, leading by example and experience;
  • understanding integration points and ensure security between on-premises and cloud environments;
  • to innovate and take a leading role in shaping Enefit’s core technology landscape.

With us, you can:

  • build high-impact, foundational IT architectures;
  • work with diverse technologies and tackle complex challenges;
  • join Stebby platform benefits and/or health insurance, giving you access to sports and medical services on favorable terms — your well-being is important to us!
  • enjoy 5 additional vacation days after your first year of work and receive an annual performance-based bonus;
  • benefit from a hybrid work setup — office at Lelle 22, Tallinn, and home office as agreed with your manager.

You are a great match if you:

  • have higher education in Information Technology or a related field;
  • have experience with architecture tools and methodologies;
  • possess hands-on experience with IT platforms and infrastructure;
  • understand cloud and on-premises integration and security;
