We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with extensive experience in Meta and LinkedIn advertising to plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns that drive measurable business results for our clients.


You will play a key role in shaping digital strategy, executing impactful campaigns, and continuously improving performance through data analysis and insights.


Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate must have in-depth, hands-on experience in both platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of audience targeting options.
  • Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns across the full funnel - awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Create data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.
  • Implement tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters) and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in client calls and sales pitches, presenting campaign strategies and results.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Continuously stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques on both Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with tracking setup, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident working client-facing and able to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Must be available to work 8am–5pm EST (with breaks), as our clients are based in the US.
