The IT department ensures the operational maintenance of the IS and the implementation of IT projects in line with the defined IT strategy.

Missions

  • Provide support and assistance to users.
  • Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure.
  • Contribute to IT infrastructure and cloud projects

Activities

  • User support and assistance:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents (with warranty management if necessary).
  • Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for internal systems, networks, and application environments.
  • Train users in office automation tools and the production system.
  • Write and maintain user procedures. Maintenance of IT equipment:
  • Install, configure and update IT equipment (workstations, printers, peripherals, etc.).
  • Monitor the condition of equipment and intervene in the event of malfunctions, including in industrial environments.
  • Manage IT equipment stocks (orders, follow-up, storage, etc.). IT infrastructure monitoring and management:
  • Participate in monitoring the network, servers and specific industrial systems.
  • Ensure system availability and security.
  • Contribute to updating technical documentation and procedures. Project and continuous improvement
  • Participate in IT infrastructure and cloud projects (deployment of new services, upgrades, migrations).
  • Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and propose improvements for performance, automation, and security.

Minimum BAC+3 specialization in computer science

  • Operating systems: good knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server and Linux
  • Cloud Administration (SaaS): good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
  • Office automation and collaborative tools: knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack and the Microsoft 365 environment (O365).
  • Support and hardware: experience in hardware diagnostics (workstations, printers, peripherals), PC installation and configuration.
  • Virtualization: notions or experience of Proxmox VE.
  • Networks: o Understanding of the fundamentals of local area networks (LANs) and Wi-Fi. o Notions of routing, VLANs, network filtering and firewalls.
  • Network equipment: o Use or administration of Cisco Meraki environments (switches, Wi-Fi, etc.). o Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate)
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical users
  • Analytical skills and rigor in incident management.
  • Ability to work independently as part of an IT team.
  • Sense of service, responsiveness and pedagogy.
