YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As LG Product Developer Intern, and part of the Product Development department, you will have the opportunity to understand all stages of new projects, from receiving the design from the Style Office to the release of the Reference Master for the Industrialization department.
This experience will enable you to collaborate internally with the Product Development, Industrialization, Purchasing, and Production departments, and externally with finished product leather goods suppliers.
You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.

Your impact
- Collaborate closely with the Design & Marketing team based in Paris and respond to their requests.
- Participate in planning and monitoring internal and external sampling, from the first prototype to sample repetitions and Masters, in line with the retroplanning, to ensure the timely delivery of samples and production.
- Participate in monitoring the sourcing of materials (leathers, fabrics, and accessories) and semi-finished goods from various internal and external suppliers, ensuring the production of finished product samples according to the delivery schedule.
- Participate in the research of raw materials (thread, zippers, and bag ribs).
- Collaborate in the archiving of sample products.
- Participate in the control and validation of color conformity of components in production according to the DIBA.
- Collaborate in the planning and progress of product manufacturing with internal and external production teams until final delivery, liaising with the various departments involved.
Education:
- Degree in Economics and/or Fashion Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and agile with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good process management skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of computer tools (particularly Office suite and management systems).
