Role Description

You’ll be joining the Traveller Feedback (Quest) team, which powers in‑product, privacy‑aware surveys to capture experience feedback across traveller journeys and help teams make customer‑centered decisions. The team builds and scales QUEST (Quality Experience Survey Tool), enabling survey creation, delivery, measurement and insights across platforms.

Key Job Responsibilities And Duties

  • Design, build, and ship high‑quality iOS product features and components that collect traveller feedback with minimal friction, as part of fast, iterative release cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Android, Web, Backend, Design, and Research to deliver cohesive survey experiences and to scale touchpoints across key customer journeys.
  • Work on the execution of technical and user interface elements in the Booking.com stack, products and processes.
  • Estimates and prioritises based on the implementation effort and customer impact.
  • Collaborates with other app developers, backend developers, product owners, and quality specialists, to constantly improve customer experience.
  • Ensures the utmost high quality of the Booking.com app in production, by monitoring crashes, firefighting incidents and solving complex bugs.
  • Contributes to the processes that support the release of new features for the entire company, such as the release process, the build process, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years iOS application development using iOS SDK
  • Proven experience of Swift and SwiftUI
  • Good understanding of Xcode and integrating back-end code into iOS app
  • Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, team-player
