We are looking for an Product Operations & Program Manager!
Responsabilities:
- Software and Vendor Management - to manage and run our product, we have many third party products and services contracts that we need to purchase and utilize.
- Work closely with Business Owners, to ensure we buy and renew software and services contracts correctly - that we buy the right thing, in the right volume and the right time.
- Provide clear justifications for the purchases, and ensure economies of scale and a roadmap of alternative future options.
- Have a clear and pre-planned timeline to prepare for renewal purchases, and be able to react at short-notice to new and ad-hoc business needs, having a sense of urgency.
- Have a good working relationship with the business, procurement, finance, legal, security and vendors.
- Manage the regular contact meetings between Outsystems and our main partner provider.
- Be sought out for your organizational skills, consistency, thoroughness, objectivity, and drive.
- Early Access Programmes Co-ordination - we regularly run EAPs and Limited Availability programmes to test out new product features.
- Co-ordinate, manage and report on these programmes.
- Although this is a self-service model, you would need to hold colleagues accountable for following the process, advise them on best practices, and ensure accurate and regular reporting of the programmes' progress.
- Build collaborative and trusting partnerships across the product and engineering teams to ensure a successful outcome of your programs.
- Research Program Co-ordination - we have a pool of users registered to test out new product features.
- Coordinate, manage, and report on this program.
- Although a self-service model, you would need to hold colleagues accountable for following the process, advise them on best practices, and ensure accurate and regular reporting of the program's progress.
- Build collaborative and trusting partnerships across the product and UX teams to ensure a successful outcome of your program.
- GDPR compliance record checking - group is compliant with GDPR and needs to take care of the data deletion process.
- Receive the tickets from the DPO and check if any data needs to be deleted or informed to the requester inside our tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of a strong, proven track record in program management.
- Exceptional organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively with exceptional attention to detail; while driving projects to completion according to deadlines and agreed processes.
- Demonstrated ability to report on, analyze, and interpret data for meaningful business metrics.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business.
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – internally and externally, in-person and virtually.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.
- Experience with technologies like Atlassian suite of tools, including Confluence and Jira, is a significant asset.
- Fluent English (spoken and written – important);
