Introduction:

To strengthen our Implementation Team and support our growth, we are hiring a Web UI/UX Designer for our Communities and Dashboarding solutions.

The role involves creating visually engaging designs, building layouts, and ensuring seamless integration with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You’ll also handle ongoing enhancements and fixes to ensure project success.

We’re looking for a motivated web design professional with 2–4 years of experience, strong creative and technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain community portals (Liferay CMS, Freemarker templates).
• Develop front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Create and review mockups for dashboards and communities.
• Build and refine web pages, graphics, and multimedia.
• Work directly with stakeholders to present design options and best practices.
• Deliver quick enhancements and fixes with high quality.
• Ensure clean, structured, maintainable code.
• Support teams by answering design and technical questions.

Your Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in web design and front-end development.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Familiarity with frameworks (Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket (or similar).
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Having a design, programming or dashboarding portfolio that can be shared.
• Experience writing code for other CMS platforms (Wordpress, Joomla, etc…)
• Understanding of Market Research and survey data
