We are currently seeking a Junior Payroll and HR Assistant to join our Tax Team in Bucharest.
What are we looking for?
A Junior HR Assistant for our office in Bucharest who has:
- A University degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration/HR Admin would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A pro-active, determined, and creative attitude.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of labour legislation would be considered an advantage.
- Strong English language skills.
- IT skills: Excel; Word; Outlook.
- End to end monthly payroll processing introducing all data into the REVISAL system and preparing all monthly payroll forms;
- Ensure the liaisons with financial authorities, labour authorities and any other authorities involved in the Romanian regulatory reporting related to payroll processing and personnel administration;
- Setting up all contractual arrangements for the staff members of KPMG’ clients;
- Archiving and maintaining up-to-date records of the clients' employees.
- Updating the clients' HR databases.
- Providing information and support for the clients' employees.
- Preparing and validating documents requested by the clients' employees.
- Preparing periodic or on-request reports for clients.
