An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global support organisation. We are looking for a Global Training and Quality Expert to join this global organization.



Objectives


Redesign and implement a scalable, standardised global Training and Quality (T&Q) management model that drives consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across internal teams and external partners.



Responsibilities


  • Assessment of Current State: Analyse the existing Training and Quality ecosystem, including training execution, administration, governance, quality monitoring frameworks, and CRM-based case handling.
  • Gap Analysis and Recommendations: Identify process inefficiencies, overlaps, and improvement opportunities. Benchmark findings against industry standards and best practices.
  • Future-State Model Design: Develop a comprehensive, scalable Training and Quality Management Model, covering the full training lifecycle, governance of internal and external training teams, and quality monitoring processes aligned with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership and key functions (support teams, operational hubs, demand management, and partner management) to refine and gain buy-in for the proposed model.
  • Implementation Strategy: Deliver a detailed plan for rollout, including resource requirements, timelines, change management activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Audit Readiness & Compliance Support: Ensure the model supports adherence to global reporting requirements, audit expectations, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Integrate structured feedback loops, customer experience platforms, and KPI-driven quality initiatives into the Training and Quality model.



Qualifications


  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Training and Quality Management, with proven success in designing and implementing global T&Q models.
  • Strong background in quality assurance activities, including monitoring, coaching, calibration, and audit preparation.
  • Expertise in training services such as onboarding, trainer certification, knowledge validation, and capacity planning.
  • Familiarity with customer experience and global service quality programmes tied to business KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of audit readiness and compliance requirements within global organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-regional environments (EMEA, NAM, LATAM, APAC), balancing decentralised practices with standardisation needs.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, change leadership, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an asset.
  • Willingness to be based in Brasov, Romania, with regular travel to Barcelona, Spain.
