Job Description
As a Human Resources working student, you will contribute to personnel administration topics, working closely with our HR team and supporting them in their daily work.
In your new role you will:
- Provide administrative support for Human Resources topics and processes
- Participate in Early Career Talents activities across our Romania locations (e.g. job fairs, summer internship, student events)
- Assist in the preparation of students' contracts and documentation
- Support the data maintenance during the employees' lifecycle at the company
- Support HR projects by preparing presentations, drafting concepts, and tracking action items
- Communicate with new student employees and external partners, such as benefits providers
- Support data analysis for different HR reports
- Collaborate in the preparation of HR events
You are process-oriented and have a structured working style. You have good communication skills, can effectively work with diverse stakeholders, and have a strong ability to handle sensitive data.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Are currently studying in the last year of a bachelor's or the first year of a master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field
- Have a collaborative mindset and strong customer orientation
- Previous experience in HR or related areas would be an advantage
- Have good skills in Microsoft Office
- Have a good command of English
