Working Student: Human Resources (f/m/div)

Job Description

As a Human Resources working student, you will contribute to personnel administration topics, working closely with our HR team and supporting them in their daily work.

In your new role you will:

• Provide administrative support for Human Resources topics and processes
• Participate in Early Career Talents activities across our Romania locations (e.g. job fairs, summer internship, student events)
• Assist in the preparation of students' contracts and documentation
• Support the data maintenance during the employees' lifecycle at the company
• Support HR projects by preparing presentations, drafting concepts, and tracking action items
• Communicate with new student employees and external partners, such as benefits providers
• Support data analysis for different HR reports
• Collaborate in the preparation of HR events
  
  

Your Profile

You are process-oriented and have a structured working style. You have good communication skills, can effectively work with diverse stakeholders, and have a strong ability to handle sensitive data.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Are currently studying in the last year of a bachelor's or the first year of a master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field
• Have a collaborative mindset and strong customer orientation
• Previous experience in HR or related areas would be an advantage
• Have good skills in Microsoft Office
• Have a good command of English
