Junior Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Product Success professional to join a dynamic FinTech team in Vienna. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with some work experience who are eager to expand their knowledge in product success and software solutions.

You can empathize with customers and help them to reach the next level of using our software. You should be willing to do research, learn how to interview customers, conduct usability tests, record product support videos, help customers with issues and build a bridge to them. You are a quick learner, smart and solution-oriented, are good at reading customers and have empathy. You take ownershipover topics, show self-initiative, are analytical and can break down larger work topics into small packages.

Main responsibilities

● Own the onboarding of new customers

● Iterate and improve our customer onboarding journey

● Support head of product with research and interviews

● Be part of our product support, by directly answering customers questions

● Build and maintain a knowledge base in-app to enable to answer most requests in an automated way

● Test the usability of new product features hands- on to improve user friendliness

● Collect customers feedback directly in calls
