About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to own the technical foundation of our public web platform. You'll make the calls on architecture, wrangle technical debt, optimise for performance at scale, and balance shipping fast with building right—working alongside growth and data to prove the impact. Your work sits at the heart of our business, where everyone, from leadership to the markets, feels invested.
As one out of two engineers you'll work in a team consisting of a designer, product manager, CRO specialist, SEO specialist and CMS specialist where your technical decisions directly shape what customers see first and how the business scales.

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Build our public web platform in React and Next.js. Own the technical decisions—from architecture choices to how fast we ship vs. how well we build.
- Work directly with growth and data to use real data to decide what's worth optimising and what's not.
- Own Core Web Vitals, SEO, and A/B testing infrastructure. Build the tools that let us test ideas quickly and measure what actually works.
- Implement a headless CMS that allows marketing and regional teams to publish content independently, eliminating the need for engineering assistance. Keep it performant and maintainable while giving them the flexibility they need.
- Deploy to Vercel, set up CI/CD, monitor metrics, and fix issues.
- Shape the product as much as the code. Beyond development, you’ll participate in discovery and decision-making — influencing how we reach 5 million homes by 2034.
- React & Next.js experience — 3+ years building production-grade applications using modern patterns (SSR, SSG, ISR, API routes)
- Systems thinking — ability to design, scale, and evolve architecture in line with fast-moving business needs
- Headless CMS integration — proven track record with Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or similar
- 4 days per week in our Stockholm office
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
