Team/Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our technology team at Citi. This team designs and delivers scalable, resilient, and high performance platform supporting global business-critical applications. You will collaborate with cross-regional colleagues and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, high performance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Build and optimize services in Java and Angular focusing on scalability and performance
• Develop and maintain distributed systems leveraging Kafka and Flink for real-time data processing
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database teams on solution design, delivery, and production support
  
  

What We’ll Need From You

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering role
• Proven expertise in Java (Core and advanced concepts including concurrency and optimization)
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in Angular and modern TypeScript
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, global organisation and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
