Midea Oven Product company is setting up the Turkey R&D Center focusing on EMEA oriented product development and advance research. We are looking for the high caliber candidate with strong Oven products development leadership to join us.

The responsibilities:

1. Play pivotal role in coordinating Midea HQ and international oven R&D resources to develop mid- to long-term product and technology roadmaps; lead product line planning and definition to ensure product competitiveness and support business objectives.

2. Manage the domestic and international product lines for self-branded ovens, align front-end market demands with R&D resources, and ensure high-quality execution of product plans.

3. Guide the team in using tools and methods such as market research and user studies to enhance overall effectiveness, and regularly deliver updated insights on the latest product trends in the Middle East, Africa, and European freestanding oven markets, along with strategic recommendations.

Requirments:

1. Over 10 years of experience in the built-in oven industry, with a background in leading companies within the sector.

2. Participate as a core member in the development of a completely new freestanding oven platform project.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong market insight and user-oriented thinking.

4. Holds a bachelor’s degree or above, with English proficiency sufficient for professional work.
