This role is responsible for managing payroll and timekeeping operations, ensuring accurate employee data and compliance with labor regulations. It also contributes to key HR metrics, plays an essential role in HR initiatives, and supports the implementation of People & Organization policies, onboarding processes, and administrative HR functions.

- Execute monthly payroll processes in alignment with local labor regulations and company standards
- Oversee timekeeping systems, including shift schedules, overtime, and leave management
- Support recruitment efforts through job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of social security, tax, and labor-related reports
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats
- Provide payroll and attendance documentation during HR audits
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on administrative duties and disciplinary procedures as needed
- Assist in planning and delivering training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in Human Resources roles and manufacturing fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of HR principles, and labor laws
- Proficient in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors modules
- A passion for problem-solving and finding creative solutions to challenges
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills in both English and Turkish
