We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Data Analyst to join a full-stack, AI-native feature team, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge quantitative investment platform for our client.
This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring presence five days a week at our offices in Kraków or Gdańsk.
Responsibilities
- Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to support investment decisions. Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct regular data validation and quality checks, collaborating with data engineers to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with integrating AI-driven analytics and GraphRAG into workflows. Leverage Neo4j-powered Knowledge Graphs to enhance investment intelligence
- Work closely with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, with experience using data visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for managing and automating data pipelines
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools, such as Snowflake. Understanding of data quality and validation practices
- Basic understanding of AI-driven analytics and graph data structures, with experience in or willingness to learn Neo4j and GraphRAG
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
