We are seeking new team members to join our Digital Banking (CEPTETEB) Mar-Tech team at Türk Ekonomi Bankası. This role involves analyzing digital marketing campaigns, performance reporting, and providing improvement recommendations. By joining our team, you will contribute valuable insights to understand digital marketing data and support strategic decision-making.

What Will You Do?

• Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies through data analysis and reporting,
• Track user engagement and conversion rates for digital banking products,
• Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns,
• Create data-driven reports using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms,
• Interpret data to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field,
• Min. 2 years experience in data analysis, marketing analytics or digital marketing role,
• Banking experience is a plus,
• Proficiency in SQL,SAS and/or other data analysis tools,
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics, Countly, etc..
• Creative and results-driven work approach,
• Strong data analysis capabilities, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

Strong communication skills and ability to perform in teams as well as individual.
