Role Overview
As a T2 Tech Lead, youll be responsible for guiding a small team of developers while remaining hands-on with code. Youll collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from senior developer to technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of software components and features
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and architecture
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and performance standards
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages
Experience with cloud platforms
Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
