Python Developer with AI

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and automation scripts to solve complex business challenges. Championing excellent programming fundamentals while embracing best practices to write optimal, maintainable, and robust code.
• Innovation and Adaptability: Rapidly learn and integrate new frameworks, platforms, and technologies into solutions as the landscape evolves. Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm in exploring emerging tools and methods, especially within AI and cloud domains.
• Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills to dissect intricate problems, understand underlying business processes, and devise creative solutions that drive measurable improvements. Foster a deep understanding of the problem space, translating requirements into effective technical designs.
• AI Solution Development: Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to build intelligent automation solutions. Contribute to the development, integration, and deployment of AI models and systems tailored for business processing services.
• Cloud Deployment: Develop and deploy cloud-native applications and automation pipelines, preferably leveraging Azure services. Ensure scalability, security, and reliability for enterprise-grade solutions.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of solutions across various environments.
• Code Quality and Design: Adhere to solid design principles, employing relevant design patterns to create extensible and maintainable systems. Review code, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms. Participate in agile ceremonies, project meetings, and solution workshops.
• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, outlining architecture, workflows, and usage guidance for solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Python ecosystem, AI advancements, cloud technologies, and automation trends. Seek out opportunities for professional development and innovation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Programming Fundamentals: Solid grounding in core programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and error handling. Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with key Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar. Exposure to data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) is highly desirable.
• AI & Machine Learning: Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience developing or deploying solutions in public cloud environments, with preference for Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, storage, compute, networking).
• DevOps and CI/CD: Solid understanding of DevOps practices, version control (Git), CI/CD toolchains (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), containerization (Docker), and automated testing.
• Analytical Ability: Exceptional problem solving and analytical thinking skills, with a methodical approach to breaking down complex issues and identifying root causes.
• Design Patterns: Exposure to and practical experience with software design patterns and architectural concepts. Ability to apply these patterns to enhance code maintainability and scalability.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions for diverse audiences.
• Learning Mindset: Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing requirements and technical landscapes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience building AI-driven automation solutions for business processing or enterprise environments.
• Experience in deploying and managing applications in Azure, including use of Azure DevOps and related cloud automation tools.
• Proficiency in additional programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Java) and integration with RESTful APIs or microservices architectures.
• Certifications in Python, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Developer Associate), or related fields.
