👥 Your role in the team

• As an Agile Project Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) you are responsible for the management of customer projects in the area of digital solutions (budget, time, scope, resources). In this job you will act as an interface between the project team and our customers.
• Your area of responsibility includes:
• Developing a shared project vision with the customer; you advise and guide the customer by identifying and using potential
• To be an active part of the delivery team and to work in the role of product owner in the Scrum process
• Capturing and describing specific requirements (user stories) and maintaining the product backlog
• Ensuring customer benefit and implementation quality
• Ensuring economic and technological sustainability
• The creation of monthly, reliable financial reports and forecasts as well as responsibility for ongoing project controlling and budget tracking
• Working in an international team, you implement innovative, sustainable solutions for international customers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level) and German (C2 level)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager
• Professional experience in the area of Customer Experience, Web & Mobile
• Economic responsibility in a project
• Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Open, communicative and balanced personality
• Experience with technical framework conditions in the areas of customer experience, web & mobile and a basic technical understanding for the area
• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)

Education

• Completed degree in software or business (TU, FH or similar)
