About Human Resources (Talent Attraction)
The HROD Division supports EDB through the attraction, development and retention of talent, in achieving its short and long term business outcomes.
The Talent Attraction (TA) team drives the branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote EDB as an employer of choice, and develops organisational competence in assessment and selection frameworks. We build a strong talent pipeline and secure capable talent critical for EDB’s success.
This position is an excellent opportunity for you to own, develop and drive the implementation of key selection and branding strategies that have a direct impact on a dynamic and great organisation. You will also partner EDB divisions in securing talent.
[What you will be working on]
As a Recruiter with the Talent Attraction team, your key roles and responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Full-cycle recruitment for junior-mid level positions; from sourcing, qualifying, interviewing through to negotiation of offers, to fill open requisitions in an effective and timely fashion
- Apply a consultative approach to partnering hiring managers and divisions in the identification of qualified applicants and hiring recommendations where appropriate
- Champion a positive candidate experience by ensuring every interaction reflects EDB’s values, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the recruitment process
- Support the design and execution of recruitment and employer branding events, ensuring a consistent, engaging candidate and stakeholder experience
- Represent EDB at outreach and engagement events, including university career fairs, networking sessions, etc
The Successful Candidate Should Have/be
- Background in Human Resource, Organisation Psychology, Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR, recruitment or related experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and bulid trusted relationships across levels Results oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Analytical, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with experiences of developing creative approaches to recruitment challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Singaporean
