- Cloud-Powered Windows Experiences: Contribute to the next generation of cloud-integrated Windows solutions, leveraging Azure and Microsoft 365 to enable scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade remote desktop services.
- Cutting-Edge Technologies: Work with a modern tech stack including C++, C# .net, JavaScript/TypeScript, FAST and React, while developing deep expertise in developing scalable native client applications for Windows.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Collaborate across architecture, development, deployment, and Live Site operations, ensuring robust telemetry, proactive monitoring, and rapid incident response for a global user base.
- Agile and Impactful Delivery: Operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment with short release cycles, where innovation and customer impact are prioritized, and every engineer has the opportunity to shape product direction.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance remote desktop experiences on Windows.
- Contributes to the design and development of scalable, reliable, and user-friendly native client applications using modern technologies.
- Participates in the full software development lifecycle — from implementation and testing to deployment and live site monitoring.
- Writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following team coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoots and fixes issues related to Windows OS integration, app performance, and connectivity scenarios.
- Uses telemetry and customer feedback to validate solutions and continuously improve product quality.
- Learns from senior engineers and actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Embraces agile development and a DevOps mindset — delivering iterative improvements and contributing to service reliability.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and shipping cloud services or software products.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 1+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years OOP (object-oriented) development experience with proficiency in at least one of OOP languages: C++/C#/Java.
- Exposure in modern C++ and/or C# .net.
- Exposure in modern web frameworks like React or Microsoft FAST.
- Exposure to live site engineering, telemetry, and collaboration across multiple components and teams.
