Day-to-day Responsibilities
The 3D Web Developer will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining end-to-end 3D content creation tools for our users
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining state-of-the-art front-end tools to support deep learning solutions
- Developing and maintaining 3D visualization tools for our AI results
- Actively interacting with the CTO, CEO, and a highly-motivated full-stack team in a stimulating, collaborative environment
- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in 3D web development (WebGL, Three.js, GLSL)
- 3+ years of experience with Javascript/Typescript and Node.js and NestJS framework
- Proficiency with ReactJS
- Experience working with WebSockets and WebRTC
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile startup environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Pro-active thinking and strong initiative
- Some experience with 3D character animation and character rigging
- Some experience with game development and/or game engines (Unreal, Unity, etc.)
- Some experience with optimizing 3D assets considering polygon counts, normals (smoothing groups) and LODs and mipmap textures.
- Some experience with texturing, light baking and UV unwrapping.
