Accountabilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with data engineering teams and internal stakeholders to ensure data models meet evolving product and business needs
- Design automated reporting solutions using BI tools such as Looker and Tableau to track key business metrics
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory management, and yield strategies
- Maintain data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable reporting
- Create data literacy documentation and training materials to empower self-service reporting
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for business and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience using data analytics to drive business outcomes
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools, including Looker and Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for strategic discussions
- Experience in advertising technology is a plus
- Competitive salary ranging from $77,088.96 to $115,633.44, based on experience and location
