Position: Program Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to lead initiatives across our Channel Partner (CP) vertical - Offline, planning, executing, and overseeing strategic programs that drive business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role involves working cross-functionally with multiple teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic programs to enhance partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build frameworks for partner onboarding, training, certification, and performance tracking.
Define key metrics, track performance dashboards, and drive data-driven reviews to improve CP contribution to business.
Design incentive structures, contests, and initiatives to boost sales through the channel ecosystem.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Identify bottlenecks in partner operations and work on technology-led or process-led solutions.
Establish regular review cadences, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in program management, sales operations, or partner management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
