Senior AI Product Manager — UK / EMEA (Fully Remote)
Compensation: £80,000–£140,000 base + equity

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to drive product innovation and execution across the company’s AI platform. You’ll own major initiatives from discovery through delivery — collaborating closely with design, AI research, engineering, and growth to bring new, category-defining user experiences to life.
This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and user experience — and wants to help define how millions engage with next-generation AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for major AI product initiatives
- Drive end-to-end product development: from ideation and research to launch and iteration
- Define and measure product success metrics, ensuring decisions are data-informed
- Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, AI/ML, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Translate complex ideas into clear specs, user stories, and deliverables
- Wireframe concepts and communicate rationale effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously optimize user journeys and interaction flows for engagement, retention, and delight
What You’ll Bring
Must-haves:
- Proven experience owning 0→1 or high-impact product launches in consumer tech, gaming, or creative tools
- Strong understanding of user experience design, digital creation tools, or interactive media
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable working across technical and creative teams
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for building beautiful, frictionless experiences
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, experimental environment and driving clarity through action
- Fluent in English and adept at remote collaboration
Nice to have:
- Experience with virtual avatars, AR/VR, or digital self-expression platforms
- Familiarity with creative or 3D tooling (Figma, Unity, Unreal, etc.)
- Background in high-growth consumer apps or UGC ecosystems
- Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based product environments
