Role: Principal Product Manager

Location: London – 3 days per week in-office 🏢

Day Rate: £800 p/d (outside IR35)

Contract Duration: 6 months ⏳

About the Role

We’re partnering with an innovative BioTech startup that’s transforming how labs and hospitals operate. They’re preparing to launch their next-generation platform, and need a hands-on Principal Product Manager to lead delivery through a pivotal phase, including the first customer rollout in March 2026. 🧪

This is a high-priority, mission-driven role - your work will directly impact cancer research and patient care. 💡

The Role (Principal Product Manager)

• Lead and support a small, high-performing team during an busy delivery phase ⚡
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to keep projects moving at pace 🤝
• Help define product boundaries, priorities, and incremental milestones
• Drive the re-architecture of the core platform, improving scalability, reliability, and enabling new capabilities 🔧
• Maintain tight feedback loops with stakeholders and customers to de-risk delivery
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Principal or Senior Product Manager with technical fluency, comfortable engaging engineering teams and making informed trade-offs 🛠️
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments 🚀
• Strong communicator and collaborator — able to align teams and stakeholders quickly
• Experience with complex, integrated products is a plus, but fresh perspectives are welcome
