General:

The logistics platform is the hub for all supply chain activities within the Client Location, from OKay and Bio-Planet to Spar Group to Prix Qualité, our stores in France. The platform consists of various applications and modules in different technologies, processes, and working methods, … To make this platform even better for the future, various projects are being started across the various end customers.

Project members are expected to be at the office at least two days a week, but teleworking is also possible. The main location of this assignment is Halle, where you are expected weekly, but occasionally, work can also be done from Mechelen, Haasrode, or Deinze if the project allows this and in consultation with the team.

The role:

As an experienced project manager, it is important to familiarize yourself with our project operations in the short term. As a PM, you are responsible for the following output:

• A qualitative, up-to-date, and validated project sheet as well as a Project Management Plan (PMP)
• A list of the project deliverables in a WBS (work breakdown structure)
• A qualitative and up-to-date project planning, with mapped dependencies and milestones.
• A resource demand in the short, medium, and long term
• Planning, coordination, and follow-up of the implementation.
• Change Management: arriving at supported decisions and solutions in consultation with the stakeholders involved.
• Change Management: rolling out the chosen solution within the organization and involving stakeholders in the intended changes.
• General quality and risk monitoring of your project by the guidelines of the domain.
• Leading, guiding, facilitating and coaching the project team and individual project team members to achieve efficient and effective project delivery.
• Periodic progress reporting to the Domain Team and Roadmap Coordinator

Experience in (must have): Project Management in Software Development/Integration
