Tasks

Do you want to actively shape Austrian’s digital future and drive sustainable transformation? In this role, you will take ownership of the strategic advancement of our digital agenda and help create long-term value for the company.

You develop a holistic digital strategy that prepares our company for the future and creates sustainable added value.
You drive the company-wide digital transformation and identify innovative technologies, solutions, and processes with measurable business impact.
You plan, manage, and implement central digital projects and ensure their successful execution.
You build a data-driven organization, define relevant KPIs, and optimize the digital employee journey.
You lead and further develop the digital team, promote an open innovation culture, and collaborate closely with internal experts and departments.
You observe trends and developments in the digital environment, evaluate their potential, and translate them into concrete innovation initiatives.

Requirements

You hold a university degree in IT, digitalization, or a comparable field.
You have several years of professional experience in digital transformation or IT-related organizational development, ideally in a leadership role.
You understand complex company structures and derive clear, forward-looking digital strategies that make processes more efficient, transparent, and sustainable.
You actively drive change and inspire people for transformation through empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm.
You foster collaboration and promote an open, agile, and innovation-driven culture.
You combine strategic vision with hands-on mentality and strong digital expertise.
You have excellent German and English language skills .
You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
