- Master’s degree and a minimum of 11 years of professional IT experience.
- Deep knowledge in one or more IT domains such as infrastructure, security, or systems administration.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and GPO management (application and update releases, task sequences, troubleshooting).
- Proven experience creating Windows deployment images and application packages.
- Proficiency with Active Directory management.
- OS and application troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with UniFlow or similar printing environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Defender).
- Strong documentation and communication abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a global IT operations environment.
- Capable of participating effectively in multilingual meetings. A strong use of the English language is expected.
