  • Master’s degree and a minimum of 11 years of professional IT experience.
  • Deep knowledge in one or more IT domains such as infrastructure, security, or systems administration.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and GPO management (application and update releases, task sequences, troubleshooting).
  • Proven experience creating Windows deployment images and application packages.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory management.
  • OS and application troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with UniFlow or similar printing environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Defender).
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a global IT operations environment.
  • Capable of participating effectively in multilingual meetings. A strong use of the English language is expected.
