One of our clients is currently looking for a Junior Engineer to join their dynamic team!

Context

The Infrastructure team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company’s physical and technical environments. This includes overseeing facilities, security systems, and related equipment to support continuous availability and operational excellence. The role takes place in a dynamic environment that values quality, reliability, and adherence to clear operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, supervision, and maintenance of technical and IT infrastructure.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, maintaining accurate documentation for equipment and configurations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide first-line support outside normal working hours.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education or experience in a technical field such as telecommunications, electronics, or IT infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of cabling, networking, and IT hardware maintenance.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call duties.
• Service-minded attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Full on-site presence is required for this role.
• A valid driving license is mandatory.
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance (45 min).
