Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.
At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to join our Finance and Compliance Unit.
In this strategic leadership role, you’ll shape Omniva’s financial strategy, strengthen our capital structure, and support our international growth across the Baltics and beyond.
You’ll work closely with the CFO, Executive Team, and Supervisory Board to ensure financial stability, transparency, and value creation — driving long-term growth and resilience for the Omniva Group.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-evolving logistics and technology company that’s expanding internationally.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute corporate finance strategies that drive profitability and sustainable growth
- Oversee capital structure optimization, funding strategies, and financial modeling
- Lead treasury and liquidity management, including working capital and banking relationships
- Support M&A activities, international expansion, and structured financing
- Strengthen risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with financial standards
- Lead cross-functional financial initiatives and provide strategic insight to senior leadership
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to the CFO, Executive Team, and Supervisory Board
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (CFA/CPA is a strong advantage).
- 5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or financial advisory
- Proven track record in M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions
- Experience supporting international expansion is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strategic, analytical mindset with business acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management with banks, investors, and regulators
- Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
At Omniva, we live our values every day.
We care — about our people, our customers, and the world we connect.
We are open — to new ideas, innovation, and learning from each other.
We are trustworthy — we do what we promise and take pride in getting it right.
And we enjoy our work — celebrating progress, teamwork, and shared achievements.
You’ll also benefit from:
- A meaningful role in a growing, technology-driven logistics company
- Hybrid work model and flexible environment
- Health insurance or sports compensation
- Five additional vacation days after two years
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth
