Über uns / Die Position

Wir suchen eine technische Expert:in als IT Engineer für Microsoft 365 Copilot, der/die die praktische Implementierung und den Rollout von Copilot-Lösungen übernimmt.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Empfehlungen, Einrichtung von Agents, Konfiguration von Plattformen und Automatisierung von Prozessen. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie technisches Know-how mit Teamarbeit und tragen maßgeblich zu stabilen, sicheren und produktiven digitalen Arbeitsplätzen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

Technische Implementierung von Microsoft 365 Copilot bei Kunden
Aufbau und Konfiguration von Copilot Agents und Services
Erstellung und Optimierung von Workflows, Automatisierungen und Integrationen
Umsetzung von Empfehlungen aus Workshops und Beratungsteams
Erstellung von Leitfäden, Dokumentationen und Rollout-Plänen
Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, IT-Abteilungen und Consulting-Teams, um reibungslose Rollouts sicherzustellen

Voraussetzungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Microsoft 365 und Cloud-Technologien
Praxis in SharePoint Online, Security & Compliance, Automatisierung und Agent-Management
Erfahrung in Deployment, Rollout und technischer Konfiguration
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
Deutsch C1, Englisch B2 oder höher
geringe Reisebereitschaft regional
