💼 Your Role: Business Intelligence Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid)

As a BI Specialist, you’ll work at the intersection of data strategy, technology, and business value. You’ll design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower our clients to make smarter decisions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing and implementing data models and data warehouses
• Managing and optimizing ETL processes
• Translating business requirements into technical BI solutions
• Building interactive Power BI dashboards and data visualizations
• Supporting client projects in data analysis and data engineering
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

📍 Location: Greater Munich Area (Hybrid possible)

🎓 Your Profile

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual who brings both technical expertise and consulting experience:

✅ Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics

✅ Solid knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling

✅ Proven proficiency in ETL processes (e.g., Azure Data Factory, DBT, Databricks)

✅ Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Fluent in English (German a plus) and willingness to travel occasionally

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

✅ 5+ years of experience in BI consulting or data engineering projects
