Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Ruby Software Engineer, located in Riga with some work-from-home flexibility. The Ruby Software Engineer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, and programming using Ruby. Daily tasks will involve developing and maintaining scalable software solutions, implementing object-oriented programming principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Ruby programming and software development (or in other language)
• Experience in back-end web development and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Solid foundation in computer science
• Proficiency in software development life cycle processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
