About The Role
As a Solution Developer, you will be part of a professional team responsible for the development and support of global HR IT solutions. Working in an Agile environment, you will be involved throughout the entire delivery process - including requirement engineering, solution design, implementation, customization, deployment, and production support. You will collaborate closely with business users across various countries. Your responsibilities will include implementing and developing PeopleSoft and/or Planon along with other solutions, building and managing integrations, upgrading solutions to newer versions, and maintaining systems while providing ongoing stakeholder support.

About The Role

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge to support both personal and team growth
- At least 3 years of experience working with SQL, Java, or another object-oriented programming language
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other complex ERP applications (considered a plus)
- A strong technical background and eagerness to learn
- The ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- A proactive approach, with a sense of ownership and a drive to take initiative
- Agile and modern ways of working
