Accountabilities:

Proactively monitor and assess current /new legislation and regulation across all sectors globally relevant to INEXTO SA strategy and its customers. Accountable for ensuring that regulation requirements are clearly articulated to ensure management prioritization with the product roadmap.

  • Build a structured approach to regulation management and assessment to support all parts of the organization.
  • Current, future and evolving regulation.
  • Actively monitor all potential regulation changes globally
  • Work with Sales/ Marketing and Government teams in reviewing and assessing future opportunities linked to regulation.
  • Engage externally where relevant to guide regulation to maximize the business opportunity in conjunction with the Sales, Marketing and Government.
  • Represents INEXTO in working groups and contribute to the writing of regulation and/or standards.
  • Provide detailed assessments from a regulation perspective to the relevant functions.
  • Working with Sales and KAM team to allow clear articulation of the changes for customers and the potential impact in a timely manner.
  • Fit Gap analysis with development team to assess the technical impact by product solution to identify the gap or new requirements and technical upgrades required to ensure compliance in a timely manner.
  • Project manage/coordinate the changes with the development team with a focus on quality, time, and cost.
  • All relevant support resources and documentation is updated and in place.
  • Clear briefing packs are made available, and all regulation-based reference material is updated.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Detailed understanding of regulation and the associated software requirements
  • In-depth knowledge INEXTO solutions
  • Understanding of regulation and the business impact (systems/ process)
  • Project management certification or equivalent
  • IT solutions in manufacturing environments (5 years+).
  • Fundamental understanding of enterprise IT and business architectures and business processes.
  • Matrix leadership and excellent communication skills, managing with disparate stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Fluent in English
