From the Adecco Group we are looking to incorporate a figure of Cybersecurity Technician
Your main mission will be support the global Head of IT security, risk and compliance outsourcing, guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets of the Adecco Group within the scope of the Iberia outsourcing cluster (Spain and Portugal).
Also you will define pragmatic approaches to ensure that appropriate security is embedded into all information technology services, processes and systems in scope, contribute to ir implementation and ir continuous improvement. This includes responsibility for ensuring that IT security issues and risks across operations and projects are cost-effectively assessed and mitigated in accordance with business requirements and Adecco's IT security policy framework.
As Cybersecurity Technician, you will focus on:
• Support to the Global Director of IT Security, Risk and Compliance for outsourcing with the implementation of the Group's Information Security Strategy.
• Support the Group Privacy Office by providing guidance and raising awareness in relation to Data Privacy and Data Protection issues.
• Communication and promulgation of Adecco's information security policy framework
• Coordinate security audits (internal / external) and ensure that remediation plans with well-identified owners are defined and implemented according to agreed dates.
• Ensure that security is integrated into the project lifecycle and that the project team employs products/systems/applications in line with the IT Security Architecture Framework
• Ensure that security testing is carried out for important assets and reported findings are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.
• Assess current risk levels within the IT environment on an ongoing basis. Ensure that all identified security risks are managed throughout their life cycle from identification to closure and provide adequate visibility to Administration.
• Periodically review that controls reported by third-party providers are aligned with Group Policy security requirements and that there are no deficiencies that affect the outsourcing operation.
• Provide concise, relevant and informative reports to the Head of the Information Security, Risk and Compliance Group and the WFS Head of IT Security, Risk and Compliance on the level of security and risks within Iberia's outsourcing scope.
• Review the contractual agreements established with external providers, to ensure that adequate security clauses are included and that the necessary reporting controls are implemented.
• During the solution design phase, include a formal third-party information security assessment (ie, TPISA) to better assess the inherent risks of the vendor/solution, and formally perform the respective business impact analysis (ie, BIA).
• Experience leader for the definition of security and reviews of new Outsourcing solutions and implementations for specific customer services. Support the Technology Onboarding Process with aspects related to IT Security, Risk and Compliance.
• Participate in global computer security initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and manage all security incidents and violations and take corrective action to prevent recurrence whenever possible.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions or in cybersecurity
- University education
- Certifications: ITIL V3, CISSP, CISM or similar
- Advanced English level and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge in IT Infrastructures
- Advanced knowledge of security concepts, problems and practices
- Advanced capacity to develop security from a holistic vision
- Advanced understanding of common information security concepts
