Your Responsibilities
- Active involvement alongside the Department Manager in coordinating the team and supporting performance through close collaboration
- Active presence on the sales floor to guide and support daily operations
- Involvement in training, coaching and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Providing excellent customer service through direct involvement and the power of personal example
- Conducting periodic product analyses and optimizing sales space in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and marketing strategies
- Support to the purchasing team to improve product selection and ensure optimal availability
- Minimum 1 year of management experience, preferably in the fashion industry; experience in FMCG or other service-oriented sectors is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and passionate about providing quality service and positive experiences
- Proactive attitude, involvement and availability for a practical (hands-on) approach
- Interest in fashion and lifestyle, with the desire to share this passion
- Organizational and analytical skills, with ease in working with numbers
- Solid knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
