JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager – Client Growth Strategy to join a leading Canadian financial services organization, to help drive strategic sales and client growth initiatives. This role focuses on identifying and capturing sales opportunities, optimizing CRM workflows (particularly within Salesforce), and building scalable capabilities that enhance efficiency and performance across the client journey. As a Product Manager, you’ll take business ownership of key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams to execute, measure, and continuously improve outcomes. You’ll define and communicate a clear product vision, manage roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to present confidently to executive stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar in a consulting, banking, or insurance background (don't want too senior 10+)
- Excellent communication skills to present to senior leadership
- Hungry to grow and strategic thinker attitude
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Power BI
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- MBA from one of the top Business schools in Canada - Rotman, Ivey, McGill, Schlich, Queens
- Worked on growth strategies, and managed campaigns (win-back campaigns)
