About NEXUS SP Solutions

European tech company (Spain) in telecom/IT/cybersecurity. We’re hiring a Part-time UI/UX Designer (20h/week) to improve our Odoo eCommerce and marketing sites.

Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UIs in Figma (Auto-layout, components, variants).
Build a Design System and responsive layouts optimized for Core Web Vitals and accessibility (WCAG).
Prepare developer handoff (specs/assets) and iterate with engineers.
Run quick UX validations: usability checks, analytics-informed tweaks, A/B ideas.

Requirements

2–5 yrs in web/eCommerce UX/UI with a strong portfolio (Behance/Dribbble/URL).
Expert in Figma; solid responsive and design system skills.
Good English; ≥ 3h CET overlap; can start within 15–30 days.
Bonus: HTML/CSS basics, accessibility, SEO basics, Odoo Website knowledge.
Experience in web/eCommerce; Odoo Website familiarity is a plus (not mandatory).

Compensation

₹2.5–4.5 LPA (part-time, 20h/week, contract/retainer).
Long-term engagement; work in our repos/process; clear roadmap.

Process

Portfolio review + 30’ call. 2) Paid task (6–8h): PDP/checkout redesign + Figma handoff. 3) Offer.
