Product Designer

£75,000 – £90,000 + bonus

Location: Fully remote (within ±4 hours of UK time)

A leading design-led healthtech company is hiring a Product Designer to take ownership of UX and UI design across its mature, high-impact SaaS platform used by thousands of private doctors and millions of patients across the UK.

You’ll join a small, remote-first product team working on a platform that powers real clinical workflows — from appointments to documentation — where usability, safety, and clarity are essential.

The role

You’ll lead design across the core product, translating complex medical and administrative workflows into intuitive, efficient, and elegant user experiences. Working closely with the Head of Product, engineers, and end users, you’ll shape both the product and the design culture — ensuring every interaction feels effortless and precise.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end UX and UI design for new and existing product features.
  • Simplify complex workflows into usable, consistent patterns within a mature design system.
  • Collaborate with engineers and the product team to validate concepts before development.
  • Partner with customers to gather feedback and continuously refine the user experience.
  • Maintain pixel-perfect quality and consistency across all screens and components.
  • Contribute to an organised, methodical design culture built on collaboration and craftsmanship.

About you

  • 3–5+ years’ experience designing web-based SaaS products (not consumer apps).
  • Deep expertise in UX, UI, systems thinking, and information architecture.
  • Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient working in a fully remote environment.
  • Mastery of Figma and component-driven design workflows.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX depth, visual precision, and clear design rationale.
  • Experience in regulated or high-stakes environments (e.g. healthcare, finance, enterprise) is a plus.

Why join

  • Build tech for good that genuinely improves healthcare experiences.
  • Work remotely with minimal meetings and high autonomy.
  • Collaborate with a small, expert team who care deeply about design quality.
  • Competitive salary (£75k–£90k) + discretionary annual bonus.
  • 25 days annual leave.
  • Regular optional meetups in London (every 2–3 months).
  • Equipment provided (MacBook Pro, ergonomic setup, etc.).

If you’re a detail-obsessed product designer who thrives on turning complex problems into seamless, human-centred experiences — this is a chance to shape a product that truly matters.
