About Cubewire: We are a blockchain infrastructure company building enterprise-grade Web3 applications Web3 applications, specializing in programmable payments, wallet infrastructure, chain infrastructure and stablecoin solutions — featuring multi-network support, native KYC, policy controls, risk scoring, and compliance frameworks.


We're seeking an SRE with deep observability expertise to ensure reliability and performance of our blockchain infrastructure and multi-tenant systems at enterprise scale.


What You'll Be Working On:

  • Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production infrastructure
  • Implement distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar frameworks
  • Instrument services for end-to-end request tracing across microservices
  • Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
  • Optimize performance through trace and metrics analysis
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response


What we are looking for?

  • 3-5 years in Site Reliability or Platform Engineering
  • Hands-on with observability tools: Sentry, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, or similar
  • Distributed tracing: Jaeger, Zipkin, Tempo, OpenTelemetry
  • Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (GKE preferred)
  • Programming proficiency: TypeScript (Preferred), Go
  • Infrastructure as Code: Pulumi or Terraform
  • Service mesh experience: Istio preferred
  • Strong understanding of SRE principles and production troubleshooting


Nice to have

  • Blockchain or high-throughput transaction systems experience
  • CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based development
  • Feature flagging systems (LaunchDarkly)
  • Container registries (Artifact Registry, Harbor)
  • Payments or financial infrastructure background
