Amperity, a leading U.S.-based Customer Data Platform, is building its third global engineering hub in Argentina, and we are looking for the foundational leaders who will define their technical excellence and culture from day one. Our Role: As Amperity's strategic partner, US3 is conducting the initial, confidential screening process to identify the best talent in the region. We will connect qualified candidates directly with Amperity's leadership for the formal interview loop.

The Team 

Amperity engineers work in small, autonomous teams that move fast and take full ownership of their work. We value collaboration, clear communication, and iterative development focused on solving real customer problems. Engineers are deeply involved in shaping both what we build and how we build it. We partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. 

Interesting Problems 

We’re tackling hard, meaningful challenges at the intersection of big data, AI, and customer experience. Some of the kinds of problems engineers at Amperity work on include: 

• Processing massive volumes of structured and unstructured customer data in real time. 
• Designing intuitive tools to help users explore, activate, and extract value from their data. 
• Applying machine learning and AI to improve identity resolution, prediction, and personalization. 
• Building APIs and integrations that connect Amperity deeply into customer ecosystems. 
• Reimagining how brands use data to drive measurable business outcomes. 

About You 

You’re an experienced software engineer with a bias for action and a passion for solving real-world problems. You’re comfortable working across the stack, collaborating with others, and taking ownership from design through production. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade enterprise software. 
• Proficiency with a functional programming language, ideally Clojure or ClojureScript, in production environments. 
• Experience as a full-stack engineer, or strong backend/front-end skills with willingness to work across the stack. 
• Ability to take features from design to production while working closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders. 
• Experience building with large language models, including implementing agents, custom tooling, or evaluation frameworks. 
• Experience with applying AI/ML models in production environments, especially for personalization, prediction, or data enrichment is a plus. 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English and especially in distributed team environments.
